The Amplicomms PowerTel 196 Extra-Loud Corded Amplified Telephone is designed with Hearing impaired and/or elderly people in mind who often need an extra-loud phone to hear conversations clearly, a lot of phones focus solely on volume, quite often at the expense of sound quality. The Amplicomms PowerTel 196 Extra-Loud Corded Amplified Telephone has a volume increase of +60dB but also inbuilt technology that makes sure the reproduced sound is crisp and clear.
