Yes, the speaker is built in.
I have tinnitus , and I cannot sleep at night. I believe that there are various sounds available, white noise, pink noise, etc , does your sound system cover these various sounds ,and can I phone you and get new cards to try ,I do not have a computer to download new sounds.. Regards Eric Barnes
Hi, you would need a computer to be able to download the extra sounds from the manufacturer and put them onto a memory card. Normally, the pre-installed sounds are more than adequate for most people.
